5 Ways to Show Caring and Kindness in the Classroom

Kindness matters. I’m sure you hear this all the time, whether inside or outside of the classroom. The truth is = IT’S TRUE!

"We rise by lifting others" a quote from @fifthismyjam on Instagram

I was reading an article on psychology not too long ago and came across this quote:

“When we give we also receive. We should not rely on others to give back to us when we do something nice.”

It turns out, just performing acts of kindness benefit us psychologically and that can help to elevate our positive emotions.

5 Everyday Ways to Show You Care

  1. Hold open a door for someone.
  2. Compliment others.
  3. Smile.
  4. Show up on time.
  5. Have a conversation with someone, intentionally or unintentionally.
